Worship is at the heart of what we do as a church. Each Sunday, we gather for worship to praise God; to learn more about God’s will for us revealed in Jesus Christ; to pray for ourselves and others; and the share in Holy Communion (also known as the Eucharist or the Mass). We believe worship empowers us to return to our daily lives and share God’s love in word and action. Our worship follows the pattern set out in the Book of Common Prayer, which is the prayer book of the Episcopal Church. If you have never been to an Episcopal church before, the way we worship may be unfamiliar to you; however, everything you need to know for worship is printed in the worship bulletin each week. Our ushers will give you a bulletin when you arrive, and they are also available to answer any questions you may have. A brief description of the services may be found below. There is no dress code for worship. Dress in clothes that are comfortable for you, whether casual or more formal. We hope to see you in worship soon!
